Hayley Wick is new to the Impact Injury Center team and runs the day to day tasks of the office. She is a positive, engaging and energetic person and has been an amazing addition to our team. You can expect a welcoming greeting and positive attitude from Hayley. Proud to have her at IIC!

Hayley joined Impact Injury Center in 2022 as the front desk administrator and quickly advanced into her current role as Office Manager and Billing Specialist. In her time at the clinic, she has become an integral part of the team, ensuring every patient has a positive and seamless experience. Known for her caring nature, strong organizational skills, and clear communication, she manages day-to-day operations, oversees billing, coordinates office processes, and supports patient care as a chiropractic assistant when needed. Hayley provides hands-on support ensuring patients feel comfortable throughout their visit.
She takes pride in creating a welcoming environment where patients feel comfortable and supported. She enjoys collaborating with Dr. Williams and her colleagues to provide the best care possible. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband Nathan, their dog Boone, and their son Bo. Whether it’s spending time at home, exploring new activities, or connecting with friends and family, she values the time spent with loved ones and enjoyed those special moments that bring joy and balance to her life.
